Last Summer, I too "discovered" I loved scallops. A word of warning tho: I haven't found them anywhere else as good as the small Bay Scallops on Cape Cod. The larger sea scallops I've found in restaurants are just not as sweet. 'Course folks don't exactly come to Ohio for the seafood! I bet Lisa at GM could find them for you... Oh, and my secret ingredient for Mac 'n Cheese (of course it HAS to be made with Velveeta - won't find that at GM:), is a few chopped jalapenos. Hi Mary,
