I’m now 24 years old.
Yesterday was my birthday!
I went to the Peabody Rooftop Party. We didn’t stay very long, but managed to get a pretty cool picture out of it.
Memphis is very pretty from rooftops, I think.
And birthdays are always very fun. Especially when they become birthday weeks! Like this one! And when you buy yourself great presents, like a plane ticket to New Zealand!
Okay, so the plane ticket was something that would have to be purchased anyway. But at least I bought it on my birthday so it felt like a present! Nevermind that I’m not leaving until August.
Oh, that’s right. My moving date moved up by about a month. Instead of Sept 13, I’m leaving August 13. Which is also Friday the 13th. And I’m in row 13. Yes, my travel booking skills are quite poor. Or awesome. Whichever way you want to look at it.Happy birthday me.
Now that’s I’m 24 I have a lot to look forward to, like moving across the world, growing my business as a writer/blogger/willdoanythingformoneyperson, and having a quarterlife crisis. I’m particularly excited about the upcoming quarterlife crisis. Oh wait, that’s been happening since I was 18. Nevermind.I am excited about the other things, and about being 24. It seems like a good age.

What is the peabody rooftop party? At first I thought its just one of your friends having a party on a rooftop but when you add the “the” its like maybe its something famous?

Lol quarterlife crisis? Hmm.. I think I did have one of those. I cant even remember, so I must have..allthose drinks made my memory a little gone about that year..
